Product & Order Policy
Size: Standard frame size is 10 inches in diameter.
Customization: Customers are required to share outfit reference pictures via WhatsApp after placing the order for accurate personalization.
Preview & Approval: A final image of the artwork will be shared before dispatch. Minor changes can be accommodated at this stage.
Non-Returnable: As all items are customized, returns are not accepted.
Transit Damage: In case of damage during delivery, a replacement will be provided only upon submission of an unedited opening video.
