A: Each piece is handmade and customized, so production usually takes 10–12 business days. For rush orders, you can connect with us on WhatsApp – we’ll do our best to accommodate if possible.

Q: Do you accept custom design ideas outside your listed products?

A: Yes, we ship across India using trusted courier partners. Delivery usually takes 4–8 business days once dispatched.

A: Yes, we ship worldwide! Delivery timelines depend on courier type (standard or express), and charges vary based on location & product size.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/Email to follow your parcel.

A: Since our products are handmade & customized, we do not accept cancellations or returns.
We only provide a replacement if your order is damaged, wrong, or defective, and you notify us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/photo.
