🔄 Returns & Refund Policy

At MOR by ANJYS, every product is made with love, care, and attention to detail. Since our gifts are handmade and personalized, we do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

✅ Eligible for Replacement

We only accept requests in cases where:

  • The product is damaged during transit.

  • The product received is wrong or defective.

In such cases, we will offer a replacement of the product. Refunds are not provided.

📌 Process for Replacement

  1. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Please provide an unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged/defective item.

  3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for you.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Since each product is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:

    • Change of mind.

    • Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer.

    • Slight color/design variations (as these are natural in handmade products and may also vary due to screen display).

  • 🛑 Order Cancellations

    Since all products at MOR by ANJYS are handmade and customized, we do not accept order cancellations once an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
