All our embroidery artworks are handmade and may have slight variations from product photos. This uniqueness is part of the charm of handcrafted products.
Customized products (names, dates, logos, colors, outfits, etc.) are made specifically for you and are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to decline offensive or inappropriate customization requests.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR unless otherwise specified.
We accept UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and PayPal (for international orders).
Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Standard orders are usually shipped within the timeline mentioned on product pages.
Bulk gifting orders require a minimum of 3 weeks (depending on quantity).
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or unforeseen events.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. Customized items are strictly non-returnable unless damaged in transit.
