• Customization: Customers are required to share outfit reference pictures via WhatsApp after placing the order for accurate personalization.

• Preview & Approval: A final image of the artwork will be shared before dispatch. Minor changes can be accommodated at this stage.

• Non-Returnable: As all items are customized, returns are not accepted.

• Transit Damage: In case of damage during delivery, a replacement will be provided only upon submission of an unedited opening video.
